Periodically, one of our servers gets temporary blocked by an automated spam filter. The rejected email should include a link to request an unblock. If needed
contact our support department for assistance with this.
Our servers are scanned daily for security. We have caught customers who have been spamming in the past, but currently our servers are not known to be relaying spam. The majority of the time, automated spam filters are triggered by customers who have setup forwarding with their email accounts with us. When spam is sent to these customers with forwarding, it sometimes makes it through our own spam filters, is forwarded per the customer's settings, and we get mistakenly blocked for sending spam by automated spam filtering services.
