I keep getting rejected messages that I never sent. Is my account hacked?
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you and appreciate your patience. There are two possible causes of this:

1) A virus or trojan on your computer. Use the free virus scanner at http://housecall.trendmicro.com to eliminate this possibility.

2) Most of the time it is spammers spoofing your email address to send spam. If this is the case, all we can do is notify the host relaying the spam that their servers are insecure, also known as an open relay. Also, you can use the free and popular Mozilla Thunderbird email client, which will allow you to filter these bounce-back error messages as spam.
